I remember almost feeling sorry for him when I met him, because with that speech impediment, he'd NEVER be able to get a job in radio

Any spot involving Russo is the one thing on MLB Network that has me racing to the remote to change the channel to, well, literally almost anything else.

I remember when MLB Network did a roundtable on the Hall of Fame more than a year ago, Russo was the only one that made no sense. Then they turned around and hired him.

Yes, Russo is a clown, etc. and I haven't heard him since he left WFAN. But I grew up listening to shitty sports talk radio, so there is a little nostalgia there. See: this rant on terrible New York fans from the summer of 2000
