The problem with "ALDS" is the fact it looks too much like "AIDS"...

No, I registered for the lottery but didn't get picked to buy them. I'm going to talk to the friend I was going to go with and see what he's thinking, we may go to the Stubhub route and pay a little extra if necessary.

Take note, Atlanta.

Had to be said.

Probably all bought up by Cubs fans who want to root against the White Sox.:)

Lassus I feel no big need to defend Atlanta (who definitely doesn't come out in droves), but they were selling out in the early 90s too. If the Rays win for 15 years in a row and then sell out quickly, you'll have a point.

No, it was bought up by aging Red Sox fans who are happy that the playoffs are in Tampa, not realizing that the Rays are the team that will be playing.

Oh, I know, Bunyon, it's just an easy target for freaked-out Mets fans these days.

Well, I don't have much else to brag about these days, but I will say that I am and always was part of the "the Rays will sell out easy" crowd.

And it's nice that it comes up often, Lassus, to remind us Braves fans that times were once better.

ESPN says it was to the NLDS. HA!

Hell, even Atlanta sold out their LCS games the first time they got in back in 1991. But Pittsburgh had over 10,000 empty seats for game 7.
