Conrad Smith was hardly the Scott Hatteberg of New Zealand rugby...there hasn't been a classier centre in the Southern Hemisphere for years, when Smith and his mop top are fit.

Seeing an All Blacks post on the anniversary of the Christchurch earthquake made me pause.

All Blacks are year in , year out the best team in the World. I was so happy to see them win the World Cup (even though I thought they played a horrible game in the final)

Conrad Smith can play, he lost a year or two to badly broken legs as well - my god, he'd be better than what he already is.

Yeah, I was sort of thinking that the things that helped the All Blacks win the World Cup were having the best team in the world and playing the tournament in New Zealand. Of course, as Phil knows, I'm more a rugby league guy than a rugby union guy, so I'm no expert on this.
