Had the pleasure of watching him pitch this game last year while visiting seattle.

Didnt seem like he topped 93 all day and most of the k,s looked like guys just off balance and reaching. I was shocked. It was not what i was expecting.

Felix tied Chief Bender's 107 year old AL record last night with his 12th consecutive start going at least 7 innings and allowing no more than 2 runs.

Gaylord Perry went 15(14 complete) games with no more than 2 earned runs in 1974...but his 12th game he did allow 3 runs, just one of them was unearned. Randy did it 14 times but again had 3 unearned runs in the 10th game.(1999)

It looks like the NL record is Tom Seaver with 13 in 1971 and Hernandez is tied with 4 others(no data prior to 1914 so no Chief Bender on this list) Dwight Gooden(1986), Mike Scott(1986), Ferdie Schupp(1917).(Cueto made it to 10 spanning two seasons at the beginning of this year)
