No mystery why Mulder is A’s ace

My reservations about drafting pitchers in the first round notwithstanding, Oakland gets straights A’s for drafting Mark Mulder (1998, 1st Rd. - 2nd pick), Barry Zito (1999, 1st Rd. - 9th pick), and Tim Hudson (1997, 6th Rd.).
