Oakland Athletics now play in Ring Central Coliseum

The ballpark in which the Athletics play in Oakland, California will now have a new name. The San Francisco Chronicle reports it will become the Ring Central Coliseum, named after the cloud based communications company for the low, low price of $1 million.

Odd that the authorities in Oakland would dedicate their stadium in honor of Wagerian opera, but who are we to tell them otherwise?

They should do Siegfried Stadium first, while Bernie Kopell is still around to appreciate it.

So you get seven days to take someone else to attend an A's game or you die from the horror you're subjected to?

It will be always the O-Dot-Co Coliseum to me. And the MacAfee Coliseum of course - Meet you at the Mac! And the Network Associates Coliseum.

You're telling me we couldn't have raised $1.05 million to rename it Primate Coliseum? With free admission for all Baseball Think Factory members?
