Interesting, although it tries to give the impression that biomechanics are a panacea.

Rick Peterson has been known to characterize his methods as a panacea before.

I like how they've structured Bundy's season, so he is building up to his innings cap. That seems a more effective way of doing it than cramming in all the innings up front and then shutting a guy down in mid-August. It's also easier to implement in the minors than in the majors. But Strasburg, for example, could pitch three innings after the team's fifth starter for a while, then transition to starting or something.

Then you have a problem with leverage, since you'd like his innings to count and backing up the fifth starter may mean bringing him in down 3 or 4 runs too often.

Nothing's perfect, though.
