OT: NFL/NHL thread

i estimate that absolutely noone gives a damn about the NHL, so by folding that thread into this one, we won’t distract from what this thread is really about: boner pills, blood doping (is it low t?), and…jesus christ did mike vick just throw another ####### interception?

It wasn't that long ago that Trent Richardson, who had never done anything in the NFL, brought back a first round pick. It only takes one idiot.

Trent Richardson was 23, coming off his rookie year, in which he had 950 yards rushing, 367 receiving, and 12 touchdowns. He wasn't amazing, but that's hardly nothing. Trading a first-round pick for him was ludicrous, but so was spending the #3 overall pick on him.

Matt Forte turns 30 in December and has well over 2000 touches in his career.

But the big thing here is that the Trent Richardson trade happened, and not that long ago. It's fresh enough that no GM is going to give up a first round pick for a RB.

My guess is Forte would bring in a third round pick at best, most likely something like a fifth and a seventh.

I dunno. Forte is a versatile back that can run and catch. I'd say that has value.

Hell, I'd take two picks for him.

McCoy - I would, too. But I wouldn't expect either to be higher than a fourth.

Antonio Brown is probably the best wide receiver in the NFL.

I thought we were supposed to suck again.

Time for a new thread.
