i estimate that absolutely noone gives a damn about the NHL, so by folding that thread into this one, we won’t distract from what this thread is really about: boner pills, blood doping (is it low t?), and…jesus christ did mike vick just throw another ####### interception?

On the one hand, Matt Ryan is an unfairly underappreciated QB with an undeserved "choker" reputation (HELLO, FALCONS DEFENSE), and Tony Gonzalez is a soon-to-be HoF'er who's near-impossible to hate.

On the other hand...Sam Hutcheson.

Nah, Sam's a good egg. Seriously though, I want to see a brother-vs.-brother Superbowl coaching matchup, so I have to root for the 49'ers and the Ravens today.

The roughing the passer is not a terrible CALL - it's called 100% of the time. It's a ticky-tack rule.

Harbaugh is a terrible challenger. Although that one might have been worth it. He challenges or not on pure emotion and how much he needs the call. It's probably his worst aspect as a head coach.

@2449 - it's whatever called on the field. The only reason it's not an IDIOTIC challenge was that if the ref random number generator goes the defenses way it's 4th and 2 on the 40.

DPI? Within 5 yards (or close enough) can't call holding. I think it's DPI about 40% of the time.

EDIT: I mean to say, on the border line calls (which happen like every other possession) a play like that is CALLED DPI 40% of the time.

All the contact was within 5 yds. Was it PI? An extremely rough call against the 49ers if they were to have made it. Best call was a no call I think.

It was interference. The refs missed the call. Which always happens to ATL teams in the playoffs.

Redman cannot throw further than 30 yards? That;s as far as M Ice threw. A hail mary is not (usually) a difficult play for the QB.
