1. The Kids Are Enright (1k5v3L)There's nothing I hate more than crappy Yankee pitchers who cannot stay healthy.
First, I thought the car accident was covering up an actual extra injury, like bruised ribs or something. Second, once he leaves New York, and I don't think he'll be there next year if he misses a large amount of time this year, I think pitching is so scarce, that someone would give him a job, if he's ever willing to pitch again, or can be OK.
Broken actually. Two of 'em. Point is that he pitch a rehab start with that injury, and then got slammed when he later admitted that he'd had the wreck. It was painted in the press as just another example of him being gutless and not wanting the ball, despite the fact that he took them ball with a couple of busted ribs. I'm sure that the tabloids will have no trouble spinning this TJ surgery as just another ploy to avoid having to pitch. Bone chips? Torn ligaments? Nah, the only thing really wrong with Pavano is that he can't handle New York pressure.
Yeah, sissy slap notwithstanding, at least ARod goes out there and chokes like a man.
Does pull a hamstring count? of course this only matters if he joins the yankees. maybe then they'd give that poor "steriod distributing" guy his job back
