(Perth) Heat set to represent ABL in Asia Series once more

The Asia Series starts in a few days, as the NPB Champion Yomiuri Giants, KBO Champion Samsung Lions, CPBL Lamigo Monkeys, ABL reigning champion Perth Heat, a team of Chinese All-Stars and the KBO Host Lotte Giants will play in a round robin and then a championship game to determine the best team in Asia.

Given how 2012 has gone, I expect either Yomiuri or Lotte to win it all.

What the Giants haven't won this year, the Heat has. Go Perth! (OK, the Kings also won, but thankfully there's no one represented by that name here, thus wiping out the possibility of a post-Asia Series lockout.)
