Pickering leaves big pants to fill

Only the Red Sox would claim a guy bigger than Juan Diaz. This would be a great promotion after a game. Come see a ballgame then Diaz and Pickering will Sumo wrestle on the mound afterwards.

Good Lord, the man has 50 inch thighs.

Just imagine Cal Pickering participating in a bench-clearing brawl.

Perhaps it's worth having him around as your 25th man just for that reason.
