Rocco Baldelli understands ordeal Grady Sizemore faces in comeback | Boston Herald

Although it’s a great story, I will be shocked if Sizemore gets more than 300 PA.

I think I speak for just about everybody in Indians Nation™ when I say that I hope Grady goes out there and hits .300 with 25 home runs and 40 steals.

I just wish he was doing it in the National League.

False. The hate for the Evil Empire East takes precedent over the desire to see Grady succeed.

And yes, he should be in the NL, I think San Diego would be a great spot for him to put up that kind of line.

Oh, don't get me wrong, I'd like for them to go 8-154 or 9-153. I just want Grady to return to greatness while the Sox split the season series with the Yankees and lose every other game.

Not sure if you knew this, but Sizemore is on the Red Sox, not the Yankees...

Huh, I assumed the East referred to the Yankees, Central would be the Cardinals, and West would be the Dodgers.

Fair enough. Personally I'm going to detest watching a heroic player like Sizemore contribute any wins to such a morally abhorrent and corrupt team.

I think some people call the Sox 'Evil Empire North,' although East is slightly more geographically correct.
