Rocky Mountain News: Does baseball covet inflated scores at Coors?

Dave Krieger reports on an interesting idea about reducing the park effect at Coors Field. Frank Funk suggests the use a restricted flight ball.

A few years ago a interviewed Robert Adair, author of "The Physics of Baseball." We got to talking about the Rockies and he suggested a reduced flight ball--also citing the tennis example.

It's an idea that's been floating around for a while now, and it doesn't look like MLB is very interested.
