His minors log on BRef doesn't have his B league K's in 1952, but for Bristol in the D league, he had 109 whiffs in 49 IP(!!). That's a cool 22.8 per 9

Crazy thing is, Necciai's story is maybe not even the most interesting, and certainly isn't the most tragic, from the 1952 Bristol Twins:
