Well, this one looks to be academic. We’ve only got three choices, and I believe that’s two too many.
If it goes as expected, we’ll end voting early and get on with the next entrant.
Choose 1)
A) Kauffman Stadium
B) Monarchs Field
C) Royals Stadium

Stadium, to me, always sounds like a place where you should be feeding Christians(or Donald Trump) to the lions. It sounds combative, adversarial. More akin to the NFL or rugby.
Park sounds like the kind of place where you show up in the morning with your bat and ball and 9 other kids show up and play some over-the-line(which I am sure has a million different ways to play it)
Park just sounds more akin to baseball..or cricket.
My impression is that ballparks were called "Stadium" (starting with Yankee Stadium?) to give an impression that they were bigger and better than the mere "fields" and "parks" and "grounds" teams played in before. But now it doesn't sound impressive.
But it's not like Shea Stadium or Wrigley Field, which once was used for both before going baseball only. It's always been strictly a baseball field, and it's always been "Stadium."
By the way, I'm calling this one. Kauffman is the choice.
The new one starts momentariy.
