Torey Lovullo, Paul Molitor are named NL/AL MOY by BBWAA

2007 Bob Melvin wins MOY, fired May 2009.  2011 Kirk Gibson wins MOY, Fired end of 2014. Hope this does not become trend for AZ.

Sadly I read the title and was trying to remember who Lovullo managed for. Terrible things happen when an all-daughter household decides that baseball is too boring for me to be allowed to watch it on “our” tv. The only baseball I’ve seen this year are three spring training games and a rookie league game.

At least they like GOT.

you missed a hell of season. Might be the only good one around here for a while though. :(

I remember when Sparky Anderson said Torey Lovullo would be a hall-of-famer, and he was right! (This assumes Lovullo wins several world championships as a manager.)

MLB.TV and an iPad is all you need, my son. (I have a 65" TV and only rarely watch sports on it.) Either that, or return the girls to the hospital and trade 'em in for sons.

Or do what I do,

Hand everyone else an ipad and put what I want on the TV

Golden Rule: He who brings home the Gold, makes the rules.

I kid I kid. I just wanted to use that line.

If my wife saw this she would laugh her ass off at me. She made me miss 2nd half of ASU @ UCLA to sit and watch Magic Mike with her on Netflix the other night. 3rd time she's seen it. First two times were in the theater. Her excuse was she wanted to watch it with subtitles. (She's Taiwanese English is OK, but sometimes misses stuff). I'm like "yeah right, and I used to read Playboy for the articles".

How did I get here ?

   6. What did Billy Ripken have against ElRoy Face? Posted: November 16, 2017 at 03:19 PM (#5577545)
Apparently I have a vastly different idea of "reasonable compromise" in a relationship than others do.

Did you like it? I don’t mean the movie, I’m referring to the post-flick coitus she obviously demanded.

I'm sure she was disappointed, but I got to see Olivia Munn naked for a second, so I was all hopped up.
