We’ve heard a lot about PTBNL, but what about TTBNL?

A bidding war by two mystery teams? Can't say I've seen that before.

I clicked through and was sad to note that Heyman isn't even Boras' messenger-boy of choice anymore.

The best thing about the mystery team is their uniforms

Did his agent write this article or just farm it out?

What I find interesting is this; has his poor attitude and antics really hurt his market that much? Surely the stats and his age support an 8/250-9/270 type of deal. The supposed White Sox deal of 7/175 seemed a bit of a joke really. Machado is a douche, but this cat can really play. Is his insistence on playing SS putting teams off?

Harper's seemingly unpredictable market I get. He's terribly inconsistent and his fielding numbers don't look good so I can see teams being cautious. I think he should've taken that Nats offer.

The Cardinals were seriously interested in him for a while, he was the guy they wanted (not Goldschmidt or Harper) but his insistence on playing short, and his attitude pretty much sunk any serious offer that they would have made him(Cardinals are really pushing attitude over the past season and a half for their acquisitions) . Costing yourself a couple of legitimate suitors(see Toronto above) has to hurt your ability to manipulate the market.

Team Cap vs. Team Iron Man. Pundits lean towards Team Iron Man because Cap insists on hustle.
