Yeah, his mom is Thai so he decided to go over and play for them as an ambassador and such. Walked in his first AB.

There's no streaming of these games? Shoot.

The Gameday app view of the field on worldbaseballclassic.com is funny. They obviously don't have any idea what the stadium looks like, so it's just a near-endless field of green and blue sky above. Looks like they're playing in Oz.

Is there any reason why the Beaseball Network can't show these games? It's not like they have anything else to show now.

I had hoped the games would be on the amusingly named "BALLS" network here in Manila but they don't seem to be. I saw an ad for the game in a bar last night but neglected to catch the channel

Are they not streaming it? Several people I know claimed they watched the games through worldbaseballclassic.com during the last groups of qualifiers.

I was able to stream the Philippines-Taiwan game. New Zealand-Chinese Taipei is streaming right now.

Kiwis have been putting up a good fight so far, but I think their chance has come and gone now.

Yep, Greg. I agree, the Kiwis had been doing very well, but now their main goal should be to try to find a way not to get mercy-ruled.

BTW, here's the link to the stream:
