[ ] Rain Delay > 2 hrs
It most definitely will be on their. My main worry is that in a few days the Frankenstorm may means I'll have to listen to it on a emergency radio...
So now what ??
The game is in Detroit, not the East Coast. No rain forecast through Monday, at least.
Yeah, I'm about an hour and a half north of Detroit and it's one of those beautiful, clear and crisp autumn days that we get about four of every year before it's bitterly cold.

This one seems relatively unlikely today.
Stupid copy-paste... hey, if those happen though, it'll be something!
Oh.
The Tigers are cooked. They just got rolled two times by the Giants. The Giants have all the momentum. The Tigers had too much of a layoff. Verlander is spent.
They'd have to be crazy, with the game in Detroit.

In a completely unrelated fact you can catch Zooey Deschanel on FOX in the hit sitcom "New Girl", Tuesdays at 9!
No close-ups, I hope. Dude still sounds pretty good, but nowadays he looks a lot like a wax-museum statue of himself.
West Coast Bias.
To slake your thirst you can always pull out the DVD of 61* which was filmed in Tiger Stadium made to look like Yankee Stadium.
Tiger Stadium was the best park I've ever been to (and I've been to a fair number). I was there for one game in the last ten days or so of it's use and ended up sitting right behind the plate (despite our tickets being in left field). Just wow.
Worst: Exhibition Stadium in Toronto. That was brutal. We sat in the football stands looking straight ahead into the vast expanse beyond the outfield wall.
Edited to say "thanks" to my (now-deceased) father who took a baseball-crazed kid to lots of games at Milwaukee County Stadium and also in Chicago (old Comiskey) and Toronto (Exhibition Stadium) while the wife and daughter did their things on family vacation. Also went well out of the way to make it to Cooperstown as a kid and even made it back for the first game of little league. Didn't even go home first. Drove from Cooperstown to Toronto to little league. Great memories, Dad.
It was a crime against baseball humanity to sell those seats.
I only went there once, and sat quite a ways back about midway between home and first. It was uncomfortable there. I'm surprised people in Toronto ever took to baseball after experiencing that ballpark.
I'm not sure that I know how to link, but here's a (somewhat decent) photo for those that don't know the horror.

My recollection is that we sat on the first base side and our seats were almost perfectly in line with the outfield. Bleech.
I thought so when I saw it live, but the replay actually looked like it hit the bottom of the wall. I'd guess we'll see it again, though.
As an ex-baseball-catcher, I can safely say all of this is true. The lefty batters are just IN THE WAY. Even throws back to the pitcher are kinda awkward.
Oxymoron: Tigers defense. Discuss.Generally, yes, but isn't Jackson quite a good CF? I think he gets a 1 range in Strat-O-Matic, after all!
Well, I thought it was interesting anyway.
nobody asked me but he's just a guy who can poke some singles and run
Thank goodness, someone send Ryan Vogelsong's wife a gift basket.
Derek Jeter wants to know if she's hot.
i take the taco bell exec
who has the stomach to handle two?
Maybe he thinks as little of it as do the posters here.
there are bound to be people who change looks to get more...on the other side... the lines will probably be astoundingly long.
I'm one of them! But that particular item of crappy food just looks awful.
