Baltimore Orioles - Optioned P Cory Morris to Ottawa; recalled P Chris Britton.

Morris isn’t ready to pitch effectively in the majors and the Orioles didn’t use him. Chris Britton isn’t ready to pitch effectively in the majors and the Orioles won’t use him. One might think that the Orioles would be better served with a bat rather than a seldom-used reliever, but Ottawa’s roster (Keith Reed! Ed Rogers! Esix Snead!) looks like Chuck LaMar’s 2002 fantasy draft.
