Rangers - Activated Two, DLed Kinsler

Texas Rangers - Activated OF Gary Matthews Jr. and IF Marshall McDougall from the 15-day DL; placed 2B Ian Kinsler from the 15-day disabled list.

Kinsler looks to be out about a month provided that the reports that he didn’t hurt any of the super-important thumb doohickeys are true.  McDougall has nowhere to play with DeRosa and Jimenez around, so he heads back to Oklahoma City.  While McDougall can probably help a major league team, maybe he can fool himself into thinking Oklahoma City is a major league town - the city of OKC has already managed that self-delusion, after all.

No probable about it. Marshell McDougall is a major league player. Maybe just a utility guy, but the man should have a J-O-B. And not riding the shuttle either.
