Rangers - Released Ponson

Texas Rangers - Placed P Sidney Ponson on release waivers.

The Rangers better be careful.  If they break, they’ll have to buy new ones for MLB.

Ponson defied all odds and actually had a respectable ERA.  Luckily for the Rangers, he apparently acted like a complete jerk in the clubhouse, thus enabling them to release him before he turned into a pumpkin.  Then again, they normally trade Chris Young and Adrian Gonzalez for pumpkins, so maybe it is a problem after all.
