Rangers - Signed Harden

Texas Rangers - Signed P Rich Harden to a 1-year, $7.5 million contract.

With the money they’re sending for Millwood, the Rangers can pretend that they essentially swapped Millwood’s contract for Harden’s contract, a deal which they can be pretty happy with.  Unlike the Orioles, the Rangers are looking for quality more than quantity and Harden gives them that, even if 2009 wasn’t up to Harden’s previously awesome standards.
