What I have noticed from both guys and from Dustin Pedroia as well is a real focus on going the other way.
Hanley, too, has been hitting to all fields. It was mentioned earlier in the year that he had been working on that, and sure enough Fangraphs has his oppo% at 36% this year vs. 23% last year (and every year in his career being below 30%).

Right now this team is an awful lot of fun to watch.
This is basically the title of every ST post I think about writing.

Much improved Price tonight. Velocity was up, and there was very little hard contact.

I was at the game and what struck me was just how bad the BABIP luck was. The Kratz double was all wind, the Astros never looked comfortable against him. Very encouraging.
