Manager Decision - Looking Ahead
What we have known for months became official today as the Sox fired Bobby Valentine. Of course now the Sox have to set to the business of hiring a new guy. The John Henry ownership team has engaged in two prolonged manager searches in their tenure (Little was a rush job so I don’t include him). The first time they hit a home run with Terry Francona and last winter they lined into a triple play with Bobby Valentine. Presumably neither of those outcomes is likely this time with the hope ...
