what’s up guys I’m new here. Looking to learn more about sabermetrics. I’m a yankees and mets fan. Although I haven’t bought any books on sabermetrics yet(just learned what it is a few days ago) i’ve researched enough to say that I believe in it and that it seems a little more accurate than your standard way of looking at numbers for baseball. with that being said, I’ve compiled a few stats I would like to look up or at least learn the formulas but I haven’t found any websites that show these formulas. can anyone help with a link? here is a list of stats I would like to learn on my own..

-AEqRA
-DEF EFF
-EqRA
-AEqR
-BLOB
-EqAVG
-ISO
-OPS
-OWP
-POW
-SO RATE

I know their definitions from the baseball prospectus website, but I would like to get the formulas for figuring them out.I want to compile a list of pitcher vs. hitter matchups with the stats posted above. can anybody help?

Thanks in advance and very much appreciated.I will be on this forum daily looking to learn more.
