Now THERE’S a major disappointment.

I’ve seen this guy make some marvellous plays, but he has NO focus on the simple ones. Last night he set what I believe is his record for errors… 3 in a single inning. He’s at 23 for the season, about 3 times that of the Bulls’ next highest error-maker.

Please won’t some team see his great promise and take him off our hands? I’d be willing to trade him for your bat boy!!!

The saddest part is Upton sees himself only as a shortstop.  He’ll have a long and productive career in the majors in he would consider moving to another position.

So far, these promising Devil Rays (Dukes, Young, Upton and Hamilton) are a lot longer on potential than they are on discipline.

You have to remember one thing about this site….in the eyes of many people here, it is NEVER a good idea to trade a minor leaguer.  They are all potential Hall of Famers…..even the crappy ones.

Thanks for the tip.

Went to last night’s game. BJ was unimpressive - truly - yet was recognized as “player of the game”. I believe it’s because he had no errors.

Now to top it all off he got charged with DUI… speeding while over the limit at 3:45 AM between game nights. Maybe THAT explains some of his errors.
