I just read David Jones's bio of Baker in "Deadball Stars of the American League". Do any of you know anything about the Upland team that Baker played for a couple of times? I think that it was in 1915 and 1920. I ran across a newspaper article were they tried to recruit some other major leaguers.

His career high in homers is the same as Neifi's, and he is nicknamed "Home Run".... :)
