1. Astroenteritis Posted: June 26, 2022 at 11:07 AM (#6083913)I imagine many casual baseball fans have no idea who Cristian Javier is, or Urquidy, Garcia and Valdez, for that matter. One of the cool thing the Astros have done over the last few years is build the foundation of a good, young rotation. Getting McCullers (and Odorizzi) back will only add to the rotation depth.
P. S. Is this the weirdest schedule or what? The Yankees' 3 games in Houston this year will consist of a single game this coming Thursday, and then a day-night doubleheader on July 17th, on what for other teams will be the last day of the All-Star break. Apparently it's all due to the lockout that set Opening Day back by a week.
any team ever get no-hit on back-to-back days? asking for a friend
coincidences, obviously, but one would think these things might only happen to shitty teams
Yes, those series that were missed at the beginning of the year have led to some bizarre things. I can't believe it's great for the Yankees to have to travel to Houston for a single game, and then have the all-star break cut short to travel again. Odd.
poppy playtime
