These are the exceptions, obviously. Only about a third of the players drafted #31-37 ever have a positive WAR in the majors, and maybe one of the ten is a legit starting player.
But it beats a kick in the head...
Whoa - guess I should have read the labor deal thread... I wasn't aware there was any such thing in the new CBA.
That seems to me like the biggest deal of all - is it just bonus based, or does have any indirect spending limitations?
