i'm not an expert on this, but from what i can tell, CBD is about as dangerous as rubbing alcohol. in fact, it's probably less dangerous, especially around open flames.

No commentary on CBD (don't know the first thing about it) but Taco bell and Dairy Queen are not damaging to the body. A bad diet is. Obesity is. You can consume fast food without have either. You can eat high fat food, and as long as it's in the right quantity, no harm will come to you.

No, I'm sticking with it. Perhaps it's not a thing in states where marijuana is already legal, but my little city of about 200,000 people is overrun with shops peddling this stuff and the use of marijuana imagery in their logos makes it clear they want the public to associate weed with this "lifestyle." A quick Google maps search turns up 18 shops in town just with "CBD" in the name, and that doesn't include places like the freakin' Hallmark Greeting Cards store where they also have a big CBD sales display at the registers (Who knew shopping for birthday cards could bring on such debilitating stress?). Some (all?) of them also hawk some Asian plant extract called kratom, which sounds like it's still legal only because not enough people have died from it yet for politicians to take notice and start banning it ("Safety problems related to its use are concerning. ... In animals, kratom appears to be more potent than morphine." -- Mayo Clinic). If CBD isn't a drug, the industry is working damn hard to make sure the public gets the impression that it is one.
