this year's minor league phase might be impacted by the loss of short season ball - teams have to decide who to keep and who to ditch more generally and where they can stash projects.
Tyler Wells should be ready to help the Orioles.
I also like the Jordan Sheffield pick - he's struggled to learn to throw strikes, but he's got a live arm, he's 25 and it's a good now or never pick.
Ka'ai Tom can be a moderately useful backup OF...
