1. toratoratora Posted: August 04, 2013 at 01:05 AM (#4512441)Curious how the fountain of youth has professional baseball players on the run while mere mortals are tempted by it daily as though it were nothing more than popping an aspirin. How many more Biogenesis clinics are still operating, perhaps dealing with other ballplayers who have not yet been caught?
I raised this in another thread in regard to MLB, but it seems even more applicable to Fischer - why isn't this a violation of the privacy provisions of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA)?
Info on that here. He apparently knows more but has been threatened with death if he exposes some of the other names.
There would have to be a bunch, right? It's unrealistic to think that this story happened to break about the only clinic out there obtaining PEDs for ballplayers.
Fischer should have his boxes taken away.
