Wouldn't it be Voit at 1B and LeMahieu at 3B? Urshela's babip has started to come back to earth.

Also not sure why Hicks over Gardner, seems like a platoon situation.

Because Gardner sucks?

Gardner has been surging lately and is having a pretty good year with the bat, but still only at a 100 yeah, Hicks should be the primary starter, but I think Gardner ends up playing a lot more than a typical 4th OF.

Same with Urshela - now that the bat has cooled and people are getting healthy, give him a start or two a week at 3rd, and take advantage of LeMahieu and Torres' flexibility to keep everyone fresh.

I think Urshela's going to be fine, but he shouldn't be starting over LeMahieu, Didi, Torres or Voit. He's the perfect backup 3B who can give any of those first three a day or two off.

but does the other team get to bat against the Yankees pitchers? because that could be a factor as well.

Gardner's OPS+ since 2015: 103, 92, 104, 89, 102. He has historically collapsed in the second half, even more so the last few years so that 102 he's sporting now is in danger. The only thing keeping his defense from being a major topic of conversation is Frazier's.
