Good lord, Tony Kemp debuted in 2016, has played in every season since and still isn't FA-eligible. Not that it's particularly unusual but set the man free.
Since I think folks around here tend to over-estimate what folks tend to get in arb, here are a few projections that might surprise some folks
Framber (3.163 so super 2 last year): $7.4
Urquidy (first): $3.2
Javier (first): $3.3
Tucker (first): $5.6
Fried (3rd of 4): $12.2
Woodruff (3 of 4): $11
Burnes (2 of 3): $11
Lauer (2 of 3): $5.2
Tellez (2 of 3): $5.6
Devin Williams (1 of 3): $3.2
Montgomery (last of 4): $10
Nico (1st): $2.2
Gallen (1st): $4.5
Even Julio Urias, in his last year, is projected to just $14 M. When it comes to judging these early buyout deals, keep in mind that even some really good players (Devers, Tucker, Urias) barely crack $30 M total. Even Alonso will probaby end up around $45. The White Sox getting Luis Robert's pre-FA years for $52 M was a pretty big overpay relative to market and they might have trouble earning that back in their option years. Michael Harris will get $45 but there the two guaranteed FA years plus the first option are so incredibly cheap the deal will almost surely work out well for the Braves.
