Impressive, but he didn't center it. That's an infield fly, at best.
Yeah, but what infielder is going to dare to catch the ball, when the batter has a sword in his hand. The samurai would cut off the infielder's arm if he catches it.

Sadaharu Oh practiced taking cuts with a samurai sword. He would hang paper tied to a string from the ceiling and when the rotating paper turned sideways he would immeidately slice it in two. That's empahsizing torquing your hands without rolling them over, keeping the palms face up and face down and quickness.
Legend also has it that Sadaharu Oh would go to the beach and stand on one foot in thigh deep ocean waves and use his sword to slice the tops of the waves. That was for both balance and focus.
