Time for the gym: JLo and ARod get a private workout sesh in at a Miami fitness club

Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriguez need to start downloading some fitness apps or something.

Despite Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis issuing a nationwide stay at home order on Wednesday, the fitness conscious couple managed to squeeze in a VIP, private workout at what appears to be their go-to gym Somi in South Miami.

In the paparazzi pic, we didn’t see masks, gloves, no PPE at all as the stars entered.

“This gym is not open,” the sign on the door read, according to Page Six. “Stay home stay safe.”

Wait- you’d want to visit a gym at this time?

I don't keep up with all of the US news from over here but I would have thought I'd have heard about a Constitutional amendment.

“Sesh.” Because typing out “session” is just too much trouble.

To be fair -

I highly suspect that the gym didn't do it for free... and I expect any gym would be happy to have a <10 people private "sesh" if you offered them what I suspect might be 5-6 figures....

How and why aren't they just working out at home, virus or no virus. I'm not even a fitness nut and one of the first things I would buy if I had half the money the spend in a week would be a nice private setup at home, along with a trainer to make sure I actually used it.

I'm guessing J-Lo and A-Rod have far better equipment and space at their homes than I do.

My fitness regime consists of 15-20 minute videos first thing in the morning, and lots of walking. The Nike Training Club app has made all of their premium content free. Reebok has posted free HIIT workouts, plus there are thousands of workout videos on YouTube.

Haters are going to hate, but A-Rod & J-Lo were at this place before the Governor’s statewide Order went into effect.
