Dinardo will rejoin the Pawsox rotation, where he'll get more regular work. He's a mediocre LOOGY right now, and he's young enough that he might become more than that with regular work.
I definitely prefer Lisa in the bullpen to Lenny.

His real name is Olise Meredith. I believe his middle name is Claibourne, from which "Cla" is derived.
mr. meredith, meet mr. sexson. mr. sexson is a stud who hits bombs.
At the risk of sounding like a Cla pigeon (so to speak) I really didn't think the pitch to Sexson was all that bad. He tried to go low and away and caught too much of the plate. Sexson, with his long arms, had no trouble poking it over the Pesky Pole.
Now I'll grant you the 2 walks prior to Sexson's bomb certainly didn't help.
Curious that Tito brought him in to that situation. For a sinkerballer, he was definitely over-throwing (a fact Tito pointed out later). I was watching the Mariner TV b'cast and in close up's of him on the mound, you could see he was really breathing heavily. A major league debut will do that to you.
He's likely headed back to Pawtucket before too long, but does anyone really doubt he'll ultimately be more valuable then Blaine Neal?

The Rockies claimed Blaine today, he should be having the time of his life going from the defending champs to the Rockies and Coors field soon.

Why do you think he's heading back to Pawtucket? Would they bother to shuffle him in and waste an option (if I understand correctly) if they were just going to send him back down. Why wouldn't they have just kept Neal or Dinardo?

That's a good question.
They brought Alvarez up from AA last year for 1 emergency start, then immediately returned him to Portland. I was thinking that with the bullpen a bit unsettled, they were doing something similar with Meredith. I'm not Dave Wallace, but I expect he needs more than 2 innings at AAA.
Besides, Neal just wasn't working out and DiNardo has options left too.
