Notes:

The bad news is that it appears the Padres will field the worst starting lineup projections in the National League. The good news is that the team is young and they have better hitters on the bench than they do at a few positions in the lineup. I do expect Bubba Trammell to get significant PT this year.
Mike Darr provides the one thing Ruben Rivera doesn't, and that's a useable batting average. That said Ruben Rivera provides the one thing Mike Darr doesn't, and that's any kind of power.
Mike Colangelo is still trying to put his career back together after some very unfortunate injuries.
Kevin Witt should really still be a prospect. An excellent waiver claim by the Pads.
Olympic Gold Medalist, Ernie Young, will try the Padres Organization for a year.
